Jordan-Owner/Grooming Manager

A second-generation groomer with over 17 years of hands-on experience, Jordan's grooming journey began in 2008. She previously attempted to launch a mobile grooming services business in 2018 (BarkBus), but mechanical setbacks forced her to put the dream on hold. Five years later, Jordan and Bryanna saw the chance to bring that dream to life using a converted box truck—with the help of their supportive spouses. Jordan is certified in Fear-Free Pet Handling, Pet CPR & First Aid, Salon Safety, Skin and Coat Care, and more. She has also worked in doggy daycares, boarding facilities, vet clinics, training centers, and top grooming salons, learning from some of the industry's best professional pet groomers.

Bryanna-Owner/Operations Manager

A proud WSU graduate with a Bachelor's in Business Management and Operations (Go Cougs!), Bryanna brings a strong background in customer success and operational efficiency to the grooming services industry. With three young children, including twins, she found a perfect opportunity to pivot careers and help build Groom Patrol. Bryanna manages the behind-the-scenes operations—from answering client calls and booking appointments to handling payroll, ordering supplies, and managing social media for professional pet groomers. She is continually expanding her knowledge of the grooming industry through certifications like Brusher Bather, Pet CPR & First Aid, and Grooming Business Essentials.

Jessica (Jess) began her journey with animals in high school, volunteering with local greyhound adoption groups — where her family adopted their two retired racing greyhounds. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art (with an emphasis in photography) and a minor in Psychology from Eastern Washington University, she returned to western Washington. In 2009, she launched her professional career in animal care, focusing on grooming services. Over the years, Jess has worked in doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming salons, and most recently served as Operations Manager for a busy grooming salon, collaborating with skilled professional pet groomers. She is also certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and Fear Free Pet. At home, Jess and her husband stay busy with their lively crew of animals: Toby and Keela (Texas Heelers), Link (a Whippet), and more chickens than they can count.

Miranda has loved animals for as long as she can remember. She originally set out to become a veterinarian and even spent a couple of years at WSU, but along the way she realized her heart was leading her somewhere different. After some time in the restaurant industry — where she learned patience, communication, and how to stay calm in busy environments — she was introduced to the world of dog grooming by her best friend, who’s a groomer. She told miranda she'd love it, and she was right.
Miranda started as a bather in a high-volume grooming salon and quickly knew she found her dream job. After a year, she began grooming training and hasn't looked back. She also had the experience of running the grooming side of a small business, which helped her grow not just as a groomer, but as a professional. While she's still building her experience with about four years in the field, she is a Certified Safe groomer and a Certified Fear Free groomer, and always looking to continue her education to earn more certifications.
Miranda's approach to grooming centers on comfort and trust. Grooming can be stressful for dogs, especially anxious ones, and she takes pride in creating a calm, patient experience tailored to each pet. Their wellbeing is always her top priority, while still working closely with owners to achieve a look they love. She truly enjoy all breeds — at home, she has a Standard Poodle and a Pit Bull mix, so she appreciates both the fluff and the wiggles!
