A second-generation groomer with over 17 years of hands-on experience, Jordan's grooming journey began in 2008. She previously attempted to launch a mobile grooming business in 2018 (BarkBus), but mechanical setbacks forced her to put the dream on hold. Five years later, Jordan and Bryanna saw the chance to bring that dream to life using a converted box truck—with the help of their supportive spouses. Jordan is certified in Fear-Free Pet Handling, Pet CPR & First Aid, Salon Safety, Skin and Coat Care, and more. She has also worked in doggy daycares, boarding facilities, vet clinics, training centers, and top grooming salons, learning from some of the industry's best.

A proud WSU graduate with a Bachelor's in Business Management and Operations (Go Cougs!), Bryanna brings a strong background in customer success and operational efficiency. With the three young children, including twins, she found a perfect opportunity to pivot careers and help build Groom Patrol. Bryanna manages the behind-the-scenes operations—from answering client calls and booking appointments to handling payroll, ordering supplies, and managing social media. She is continually expanding her knowledge of the grooming industry through certifications like Brusher Bather and Grooming Business Essentials.
