Our Mission

Groom Patrol is a proudly co-owned and operated mobile grooming salon, evolving from its original identity as Frenchies Mobile Grooming. Our new name encapsulates our mission: "Patrolling Grooms for the PNW" – delivering consistent, high-quality pet grooming services throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Founded by two passionate pet lovers, our aim is to provide top-tier grooming with a strong emphasis on safety, convenience, and community. We strive to create a calm, stress-free environment for pets right in the comfort of their own driveways, while fostering a workplace where our employees feel valued, supported, and heard.

Frenchies Mobile Grooming officially transitioned to Groom Patrol in August 2024, marking a new chapter in our journey.

We take pride in our participation in several local pet outreach programs (details coming soon) and aim to strengthen our ties within the PNW through education, advocacy, and partnership.

🚘 Grow Smart, Not Fast: We're starting with a small, dedicated team and plan to expand gradually. Our objective is to have 4–5 fully equipped grooming vans on the road in the coming years.

👥 Team-Centered Culture: We believe in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Each grooming van will be shared by 1–2 groomers, allowing for flexibility and a strong work-life balance.

🐾 Quality Over Quantity: Our focus is on providing personalized, high-quality pet grooming services. We believe that cultivating meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service are far more important than rushing through appointments.
